1. Introduction
Welcome to Nupta. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nupta platform, including our mobile applications and website. By accessing or using Nupta, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Nupta. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nupta only for lawful purposes related to wedding planning and celebration. You may not upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content, impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users.
5. Intellectual Property
The Nupta platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Nupta and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, etc.), but grant Nupta a limited license to display, store, and process it as needed to provide our services.
6. AI-Generated Content
Nupta uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini) to provide features such as wedding project suggestions, budget ideas, and image analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice. Nupta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on such content.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of Nupta may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable app store policies.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nupta is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to ensure reliability and accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nupta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nupta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
